We recommend that you have your hearing test completed at an Ear, Nose & Throat doctor's office (ENT or Otolaryngologist). This way you will have the best test and an actual doctor evaluating you. Be sure to get a copy of your test and email it to us at [email protected] so we can accurately program your hearing aids. When you purchase digital hearing aids from us, we will reimburse you for your out-of-pocket cost of your basic hearing test. Send us a copy of your bill with a note of how much is not being covered by your insurance and/or Medicare, and we will deduct that amount from your total order amount.

Yes, we only sell brand new hearing aids. Our hearing aids come to you with a full Manufacturer's warranty, case, owners manual, and cleaning tools.

We're constantly updating our inventory list and we may have left out the specific model of the hearing aid that you're looking for. We have access to the full range of models from all the major brands like Phonak, Oticon, Siemens and Beltone. If you can't find the one you're looking for in particular on our website, please send us an email [email protected] to obtain a quotation.

Although we can supply ITE (In the Ear), ITC (In the Canal) and CIC (Completely in the Canal) hearing aids, we don't because they require custom ear impressions that need to be taken by a hearing healthcare professional. In the interest of public safety and convenience, we only supply BTE (Behind the Ear) hearing aids as the products are universal. You may still need to purchase a custom ear mold from your local hearing healthcare provider if you want a complete custom fit.

Most orders of in stock items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Our normal business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Hearing aid orders will require additional processing time due to color selection, special ordering and programming. Please discuss expected shipping dates with your representative when placing your order.

If you have worn the hearing aid for a few days and know that an adjustment is needed, simply contact us. We will discuss what needs to be done and make notes as to what to do. You may ship your hearing aids to us: when the hearing aids arrive we will try to get them adjusted and back in the mail to you. Alternatively, you can visit your local hearing aids specialist or your audeologist and they can do adjustments for you for a small fee.

With Open Fit hearing aids there are a variety of tubes and domes which are designed to fit different sizes and shapes of ears. We'll help you choose the best fit for you. If you decide that the size you have needs to be changed, we will give you a different size tube and/or dome at no charge.

An ear hook is a clear plastic attachment to the hearing aid that couples the hearing aid to the tubing.
